CSAT Learn System policy

Access And Refund Policy

Current public operation is no-charge/manual-access until paid plans are enabled.

• Free Demo signup is public and limited by the active plan rules.
• Free Pilot or full access is granted by admins while payment mode is manual.
• If paid plans are enabled later, receipts, access expiry, refunds, and overrides will be recorded in the payment ledger.
• Institution access is controlled through institution licenses and assigned seats.
• Access may be revoked for policy abuse, duplicate misuse, or security risk.

These policies describe the current CSAT Learn System public service. Formal legal review is required before paid public launch.
